Georgia Malone & Company, Inc. is a NYC based, off-market, full service, entrepreneurial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, focused on structuring deals, employing value added strategies, and performing due diligence and feasibility analyses for our clients. We specialize in representing Sellers and Buyers of properties that are not "on the market." Our clients include institutional investors, property owners, developers, equity and mezzanine financial investors and lenders. We also represent many of the country largest REITS, including AIMCO and UDR, which allows us to structure deferred capital gains on the sale of apartment buildings. Clients deal directly with the principals of our firm for all transactions including large apartment buildings, apartment portfolios, development sites, triple net lease investment properties, hotels, office buildings, retail leases and note sales.

Some highlights include: $443 million dollar off market transaction for The Rivergate (which closed in July 2011), a 706 apartment building with retail and office components in which Ms. Malone represented UDR, (the third largest publicly traded apartment owner in the United States) in Murray Hill, Manhattan. $262 million off market sale for Herald Towers, a 690-unit residential property at 34th Street/Herald Square in Manhattan and representing AIMCO in the acquisition of over $1billion in multi-family properties on Manhattan's Upper West Side and Harlem. Additionally, Georgia Malone & Co. was involved in the $380 million development of two hotels, representing Forest City Ratner, the Embassy Suites in Battery Park City and the 42nd Street Hilton Hotel in Times Square. We are also responsible for finding national retail tenants. Our deal size and scope range from a $4 million 25 ft apartment building acquisition to the disposition of a $500 million multi-family portfolio consisting of 104 properties in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Georgia Malone, the principal of the company, spent nearly a decade as a full equity partner at a large real estate law firm before establishing Georgia Malone & Company twelve years ago.
