major property owners, equity and mezzanine financial investors. We also
represent AIMCO, one of the country's largest apartment REIT, as their buying
representative, which allows us to structure deferred capital gains on
the sale of apartment buildings. Clients deal directly with the
principals of our firm on everything from large residential and
commercial portfolio transactions to small retail leases.

Highlights include structuring a $262 million deal for Herald Towers, a
690-unit residential property at 34th Street/Herald Square in Manhattan and representing AIMCO in
the acquisition of over $100 million in multi-family properties on Manhattan's Upper West Side and Harlem.
In previous
years, Georgia Malone & Co. was involved in the $380 million development
of two hotels, the Embassy Suites in Battery Park City and the 42nd
Street Hilton Hotel in Times Square. Our deal size and scope range from
a $31 million office acquisition to the disposition of a
$500 million multi-family portfolio located in the Upper West Side of
Manhattan. Georgia Malone, the principal of the company, spent nearly a
decade as a full equity partner at a large real estate law firm before
establishing Georgia Malone & Company nine years ago.
